Der Kaiserslautern Sweater ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Qualität. Leider hat der Versand sehr lange gedauert, was aber am Versanddienstleister gelegen hat. Das Team vom Shop hier war sehr bemüht um die Angelegenheit in die Hand zu nehmen und dafür zu sorgen das meine bestellte Ware endlich bei mir ankommt. Aufgrund der unklaren Lage wo der Sweater sich befindet, wurde eine nochmalige Bestellung ausgelöst, woraufhin ich den Sweater auch zeitnah erhalten habe. Heute ist dann der 2. Sweater auch bei mir eingetroffen, den ich kostenlos behalten darf.
Ein dickes Dank nochmals an die Bemühungen und an das Team.
